Do the item procs?
 

I have put up my own server and have all other 3 comps running off it in a LAN. Everything so far runs fine but some of the items. Journeyman Boots for one, when you right click it says item out of charges. I am pretty new with all this and maybe just some bug. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. All this is the same for the Horse bridles. Does anyone know a fix to this? Thx. :?:

I had this problem with some items I created. Essentially when I had these items drop off a mob then they would work until I zoned or log then give me the out of charges. Items summoned using #summonitem didn't have this problem. A workaround I made for those that didn't have the priv to summon was I created a quest quy that took the item and summoned them a new one.
