Problem with patch. Need help from dev or others

GetFile Filename: patch.dat
Error:
Timeout Exceeded Waiting for HTTP Response: 7500


The error i get is always can't connect to patch server when i run the eqemu patch. Its in the Everquest folder and stuff i followed from the readme.

The above is the log msg i got from the patcher.txt.
I tried everything from removing firewalls to removing routers, but nothing seem to work. Anybody got any solutions of suggestions?
