Anyone else regonized items that got SpellEffects on it
consuming mana when being used ?

Maybe thats a bug in the source or the database ??

No, I hadn't noticed that.. its probably just doing the normal casting functions...and doesn't have an if.. next time i'm on a server i'll check it out

black mage from ff2?

I think its the black mage from FF1 (final fantasy 1). Orco from He-Man had a red shirt with an O on it I believe.

It's the original black mage from the original final fantasy. I remember playing that game on my famicom...
