How do i spawn a perminent mob in a zone ? or through the DB
 

I saw some other Perminent spawn making command but it didn't explain what all the op codes were, they just put 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 .. Whcih tells us nothing. I would like to know (In Detail) either how i can place perminent spawns while in the game, or how to place them while in the database. If the #spawn 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 thing works please explain it better for us.

Type #spawn in game, with nothing else. It will tell you what each entry is. There a little testing you can do for material or gender, and you'll understand everything.
