Wheres a good spell files parser?

I need to see what spells can be casted on what npc's. I am sure there is a check when casting a spell to see what they are casting on.

Sofar these are the types I know of if there are more let me know
-All
-Undead
-Animal
-Plant
-Dragon
-Giant
