Fix: 1608 error (Patcher)

Try manually registering the file "IDriver.exe". Go to Start / Run and use the following command line:

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Driver\7\Intel 32\IDriver.exe" /REGSERVER

Then just run the patcher normally. KABLOW. No more error.
