Items.sql error with the new binaries
 

new database using the new binaries released have made it so that the items.sql comes up with the column count doesnt match at row 1 . . .does anyone have a solution to this?

Ive tried the add ministatus, and all that but it still doesnt work . . .


grrr i get my server runnin usin the new binaries and i have no items because i started with a fresh new database. I am going to try to dump my items table from my old database and source it in that way

but sourcing items.sql from the worlddata1.1 after sourcing the new binaries causes mysql to come back with the column count error

When posting database errors like this it would really be helpful if you would include links to the database your using or the release posts for them. Anyways

If your item database doesn't have the minstatus field you need to remove it from the table before you can source in the old format items.
(from memory so it might be wrong there is a manual, look in it if this errors)

mysql> alter table items drop minstatus;

Now you can source in an old format database, but you'll have to update it before you can use it.

mysql> alter table items add minstatus tinyint(3) unsigned not null default '0';

yeah im usin drawdes and telmets databases, the worlddata1.1 and the eqemu 44dr1 + telmet
ill try that later on tonight, thanks alot
