eqemu bad username/password
 

wheni try to use my username on log in screen it ways bad username/password

iv tryed useing
username eqemu
password eqemu

with no luck

and tryed my mysql user and pass and still no luck and one help please

? on the EQemu log on sever or that EQlive sever

make you your EQhost (in your *:\everquest folder)

if you make your own server it should give you a 1017 error

Need to use your forum name and password

same problem: eqemu error bad username/password
 

I patched up to eqlive, then run the eqemu patcher.

When i try to logon with my forum-acc i get the bad username/password error. :(

Weird to me is after i run the eqlive patch and try to connect with my forum username and password i see the eqemu servers. But when i try to connect to one eq says i have to run the eqemu patcher.
After i run the eqemu patcher i get nothing but the username/password error.

My eqhost.txt is configured correctly for the eqemu servers.

If anyone has an idea ... please let me know.
Meanwhile i continue violating my keyboard :twisted:

where is your eqemu patcher installed?

My eqemu patcher ist installed in the eq game directory.

It patches with no error messages and reports all files o.k. for eqemu play.

I've de- and installed it several times but it won't work until now.

I'm getting the same error

Here it is with exact syntax:

"EQEMu Error: Bad username/password"

Now, I have LoY installed on my comp, would this cause a problem, or will the EQEMu patcher roll back the eq protocol to work properly with EQEMu?
