Looter version 1.2 Released
 

Yes thats right, iv finially got around to releasong the new version of looter.

What is Looter?

It allows you tyo simple add Loot to NPC's so they drop items which you want them to.

Looter version 1.2 has many bugs fixed and also now y ou dont jhave to worry about what ID's goto what Numbers, becase it is all show as:

1234 : This is a item

iv also added a search option in there so you dont have to load up another tool tolook at what numbers have what IDs.

i get a missing .DLL file where do i have to put the file to get them the work i put them in my eqemu folder

what dll? the mysql ones?

If you get the mysql dll errors, copy the libmysql.dll from your mysql/bin folder into the looter folder and it will work

I downloaded your program and attempted to edit the loot table for a mob I created in the Arena, but it didn't work. I managed to add 32k pp cash, though *boggles*. Does the server need to be running to edit loot tables? Does attempting to add a item ID between 1 and 999 have an unwanted effect? I started at ID 1 for items I manually added. Please respond to what I did wrong or need to do, please.

no, items from 1 to 999 work with it, iv got 100+ items under 1000 and they work fine, you dont need to have eqemu running, but you do need mysql running, umm other than that im stumped without more informtion

same here, i added a few items, the items not on the mob, but lots of plats :) but all of the items had numbers over 1000. does this matter?

ahh yes, this isnt due to looter, this is a current bug in 4.4 where only 1 item is added to a mob's loot, i read the post last night but it didnt6 click until now.

Yup im using 4.4 . For the platinum i noticed i set the limits to 400 300 200 (300 being the average) mob has like 35k on him. How does this equation work? just curious if you have a directions for noobs thing :) like for what each box is for in the looter program. for the most part your program is really nice and very good work. thank you for sharing it with us.
