I know, paying for the bandwidth- im sure thats what would land someone in the most trouble is makin money off of someone elses product..id change that little comment if it was me :?

"THE DUDE" works hard to keep everything running and pays for everything out of his pocket minus the donations. everyone and their brother is using the EQEmu patcher to leech EQ files off his server and that takes up a LOT of bandwidth. and bandwidth costs money.

You little bastards criticizing his actions in removing the server have no idea what you're talking about. Don't make stuff up about "making money off the project". You don't know anything about it, having been here less than a full month.

If he wanted to make money, he'd charge you for it. He's just done paying extra for it, and never charged you a dime, last I checked. So donate to the project if you want him to make money, and don't give a dime if you are scared of him "making money off the project".
