Eq Starrting weapons not found......

Ok i do alll the stuf needed to log into the minilogin. When i log in to make my charecter i make him then it says "eq starting weapons do not exist." cAN YA HELP ME FIX THAT PROBLEM!!:)

try using the newest db.
