New user - When is the next release?

My girlfriend and I are both avid EQ'ers; however, we just found out about EQEmu and are really excited about the possibility of getting into it. We read through the forums and FAQs and were a little disheartened to learn that we found out about it a little too late (we are eqlive updated to the latest patch).

Is there a new release of EQEmu coming soon? Is there a way to obtain the Dec 2002 eqlive updates to be compatible?

NO. not until the new patcher comes out.. DO NOT ASK FOR THE FILES.

Unfortunately for you, it may be months before you can access eqemu servers. Please check back weekly. There are more devs than usual during the summer, it seems. I suspect much work will be completed all summer.
