Cannot connect to patch server just means...

Hi, im new.. sorry for asking a question that has probably been asked 500 times. I finaly got EQEmu working today and I went LD and now it says Unable to Connect to Patch server. That isn't something I did wrong or I can fix right? Just means EQEmu's patch server is down and I have to wait?

It's probably the servers fault if you actually connected to the world before that

Im not the only one that gets this right? Im worried I screwed something up some how because it has said this for about 6 hours now. Anyone know?
