In-game message boards
 

Remember the in-game message boards (in taverns and stuff) ? is it possible to bring that to the new ui so its usable again? Always thought it was a great addition, funny some times, and very helpful.

Check the doors entries on your EQ Admin tool. I remember seeing a BBB entry in there. It might be for the boards. Not sure if it's working though.

They don't have a window for it with the new interface.

Because it was never used, retarded, and annoying when you accidently clicked on it.

although it could be useful for quest, e.g. by triggering a certain word on a certain message board.

but you have to admit, it reads the way i thought so very easily too

I guess it could be used for quests. You could make it look like NPCs post up messages then you have to go meet them, or they ask for you to do a task and return the items to them.. that way you don't have to look all over for the servers custom quests npsc..

but not really worth the work needed put into it, imo.

Good luck :P you will have to create your own ui for it as even Sony doesnt support this
