EQEmulator Forums - Problem making server.

I was looking to just make a server to mess with, with my other cpus but after i do allllll the instructions correctly and i setup minilogin.ini and EVERYTHING, i run wolrd.exe and it says this:

And when i try to put in the command, GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* to '%'@localhost IDENTIFIED BY '%'; WORD FOR WORD it comes up with this error:
