Requiring me to create new account?
 

I am a total noob at computers (bet you've heard that before). Well, I just want to play on EQ emu, but when I logged on with my account info here, I got to server select screen (after changing my eqhost.txt file) and when i tried to join a server, it says i may need to re-run the patch. So i reran the patch and now when i try to log in using 'ChongKwan' It says I need to goto 'NEW ACCOUNT' and register my account. What do i need to do?

It is giving me an 0013 error when i try to log in to server select from anct/pw screen

Somehow the eqhost got switched back to the default so it was buggin out. ... but i still cant play, still getting 1017
