Texture extractor?

Is there a utility to extract texture files from s3d files? EQInside is nice... but doesn't really have a preivew function.

Also... anyone know which s3d has the textures for the robes? Especially the robe bottoms... Are they seperate meshes?

Robes info

Within the global races files, it appears that there are textures for the chest (10-16) and arms.... but no legs... it must be a seperate mesh... but I can't seem to find it.
