Problem with EQW lately...
 

When i run my EQW ( eq pops up as well) locking the comp up until i control+ALT + DELETE ov course but any answer to why it does that ?? just help me out if you can

When u get into the window did u try to go to browse and the click EQGAME instead of everquest? that my be why just suggestion.=))

what version of EQW and what patch of EQ are you using.

I have a EQw prob, I get the host, I select EQgame... I run patcher and the screen comes up Like it should... and then it just poofs... no error, nothing, just poofs. Will post this at support forum, too.

EQw 2.3 and i have the up to date patch of EQ ( i play live and EMu) cant wait for 4.5 though hehe

u're playing Eqemu from the Eqlive directory ?
YOU CAN'T!!!
till the 0.5 version is out, you need an old version of the Eq files, there's roughly 2000 posts about that subject in the forum.

u certainly read the readme and saw that u had to duplicate ur EQ directory to keep a version for Eqemu and a version of Eqlive, isnt it ?
If u didn't, don't even try to play Eqemu anymore before 0.5 is out, it will never work.

ahh okay, thanks haha i would be it up but im outa space and i only have 5 gigs heh so not really possbile. Cant get rid of the ole counterstirke :twisted: Thanks man is thier an estamated time when 4.5 or higher will be realesed?

Well there's your problem. you're trying to use a version of EQW that is 6 months old. no wonder you have trouble playing it on live..
