Is there a patch( ? ) or something

Is there some kinda patch for this or something you have to download....? i have everything on and up anyways i can go to the server list and all but i cant git in to any of them. you guys still trieing to fix this or was there ever something wrong but read almost everything but no one seemed to have any info of some kinda patch that i have read. thanks for help :?
