are thay a Waypoints program for mod and npc if not are any one is going to be making one for moving mods and npc 8)

? i kinda dont understand what you typed. But If you get tsc's new EXEs then you can do it your self. There are people working on a database that has moving NPCs but its for .4.4 i dont know if any one is working on a DB for .5.0

If your looking for a db for 4.4 do a search on MW you should find it.
also if you dont know how to do it go into the irc and ask them if you can be a world builter and they might tell you how to do it :)
