There is no precompiled DR3, Its still a Developer Reliece, hence the DR. Once 5.0 is complete it will be avaluble already compiled but not befor.

ok I understand why someone like Merth or anyother dev wouldn't want to give someone one of HIS compiled code...do to bugs etc, but why can't a normal user post his compiled working files? They would be the same whether I did them or someone else did them. We both got the source off the CVS, I just can't compile the files.

There is no bug free 5.0 . its still a developer reliece and isnt ready for public use.


If they made it avaluble for everyone then they would have to support an unfinished product. Waiting till its done to reliece it to the public saves the bords being spammed with people asking for help with stuff that isnt done and dosnt work yet.


Also if you dont know how to compile it what makes you think you could go in and make the needed changes to the code to fix bugs?
