I have logged in a played already..once...so i just need to know is there a new bug or has the lproblem been sorted out? Do i need to just wait a few days and try again?

This is the error you get when using a wrong username/password on sony's servers. Connect to our login server, not to sony's! For some strange reason, they aren't interested in honoring our username/passwords :P

On Sony's servers, the password is case sensative. I don't know about the Emu login servers, but just a thought.

HOW ARE YOU SO SURE? THAT ERROR MESSAGE (STATION NAME) IS NOT SENT BY OUR LOGIN SERVER.

Im getting EQEmu error (nowehre does it say Station), but i can connect w/ a friend's account (Proving that my settings are right, it's a server side problem) So if your getting the error, stop spazzing out, its a server side problem, you can copy paste your eqhost.txt doc all you want, its not goona fix the problem.

I agree. Considering this is after all a free service, you must expect it to be at the very least par with SoE, right?

Have patience and in time you will reap the bounty of the acclaimed EverQuest Emulator.
