is it possible in any way to either a) transfer an Eqemu char over to Eqlive or b) have all the normal abilities #summonitem ect.. on eqlive??

I am vehemently opposed to people coming in here and seeing eqemu as a 'free ride' to cheating the good folks at Verant.

Plus, after answering the same question 1000 times, one tends to get creative with the responses...
