Please run everquest.exe
 

this is the error i am getting on my other computer. Both EQ files are set up exactly the same(1 time i transfered over aim, another time i installed eq off the discs, same error each time). I cant find any other posts about this problem.

If your using EQW you have it pointed at the wrong exe. If using the patch me , the same thing.

just checked, its targeted at "c:\program files\everquest\eqgame.exe" patchme

Not sure what you meen by EQW or command prompt but ill explain the prob a bit better.
When im trying to boot up eq emu on my other comp (From the eqgame short cut) its giving me that error. But, on this comp, its set up exactly the same and works.

what I would do at this point is look back in the forums since this has been answered a couple times the past couple weeks :shock: but you can do this too.


There is a couple ways to do the patch me and worst case download EQW and use that.

ill dl EQW, but where can i find it if you know
