LDoN EQEmu Question
 
I heard in EQLive that you have t have atleast 4 people in a group to be able to visit the LDoN zones. Is this going to be the same in the EQEmu world or will this be changed to say 1 person? That would be great to be able to solo in these zones and there are not near as many people on a server comparred to EQLive :P

I honestly wish it was possible, but, I sincerely doubt it. At least, not at first. It would require new encounters to be built, unless you wanna take on a dungeon that was meant to be for 4 people.

I don't see a problem with this especially with #summonitem.

LDON may make a good place for low level character (20+) of a veteran to solo. :D The requirement of 4 could be bypassed to allow a solo to get adventure and access the dungeon easily since this handled serverside.

At the high-end I think I would want an army err group of 4 to play LDON :D LIVE has long wait times as the high-end group of 6 is "the players' minimum"

/ooc Slower needed for 60-63 group to move. :)

It wouldn't really be too hard. I already have code that allows the zone to load a certain level range of spawns on bootup for Evertorn, and it works.

The major hurdle would be getting instancing to work - if that worked, we'd be set and could replicate LDoN zones completely, without problem.

Otherwise you're only going to have one level range at a time available.
