Am I the only one having insane problems with connecting to CVS? I wrote a little script to connect and download for me, this is a sample of what I've gotten over the past day and a half:

cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)

cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)

cvs [checkout aborted]: unrecognized auth response from cvs.sourceforge.net: M PserverBackend::PserverBackend() Connect (Connection refused)

Repeat that several hundred times and that's what the buffer on my terminal window contains. I'm fully aware of SourceForge's shit CVS service and of all the problems they've been having for... too long now, I'm just wondering if I'm having a stroke of bad luck or if their CVS has really gotten this bad.
