You can use Heidi sql editor or any other to create or edit item/items

Am guessing it will pull the character information...

Thank you, replied to you, My main PC is Win7 x64, i have copied the patcher to a win10 laptop and downloads okay on that, So possibly the patcher software doesn't like win7 hehe

There is a model viewer / exporter called Kaiyodo's Model Viewer
Which deals with s3d files, it is old, but may work for your purpose, as it does export to .obj files
