You really need to source in the drop_system.sql first to clear out your existing data. PEQ cannot source on top of existing data.
If you have customized your database, you might not want to source a pre-made database in. You'll have to make a choice, keep your existing data and go from there, or lose it to source a new database like PEQ in.
