Ok i checked out .ini file / comp file for color settings. Computer is set at 16 bit , high colors, NOT 16 colors. EQ is set for high colors as well and it says something like "bitsperpixel: 16".
My guess is that these are both on high colors, and i have no problem changing my desktop, however when i go to change the ini file i notice that a) bits per pixel is different than amt. of colors and b) scrolling further down there are all kinds of wierd color values, so i still gotta fix this. Again i apologize for my amateur question but i don't know that much. thanks! wanna get this running so i can mess around in places like vex thal.
