Not sure, but when I setup mine, the worldaddress and the start zone address (first address) usually match. Depends on how you want to run your server. If you want a LAN server (only people inside your LAN can play) then you should use only internall IP addresses, otherwise you need to use WAN IPs (which you should change your world address to match the first IP of the start zone.)
