gender has a lot to do with if you keep on getting females for monsters. Make sure you monsters gender is set to 2 for neutral. Otherwhyze it ends up being human. As for your zone problem, R U running more then one zone server? If not, thats your problem. If thats not your problem, you may wanna reinstall your client. There's my two cents.
