FOR 1 YEAR!!!!! If you REALLY need a free Windows C/C++(god forbid) compiler get MingW.
EDIT: I was wrong sorry, I gotta get my hands on these.... C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, C++(.NET), screw MSSQL, but still, woohooo.
