There isn't any NPC's there and also the scions and Pok books are non-existant. I have found using magelo to be a great tool for finding item id's. For looking up items, I recommend
http://eqitems.13th-floor.org it's a lucy-like clone on steroids from one of the guys in #showeq. They are in-game collected items, not user submitted so they should be *VERY* accurate.
