I just had this problem last night and for the life of me couldn't figure out how to fix it. I read Angelox's solution
here. Even after I deleted the whole text file and it made a new one, it was still crashing. So I edited out the following and it worked fine. Make sure you back up your existing one just in case.
1.) Go into the directory where you installed EQ.
2.) Locate
eqlsPlayerData.ini and open it. You should see these entries.

LastServerName=[0.7.0] (The server name you last played)

3.) Just delete the red text So there's only a = and nothing after it.
I think it has an issue with refreshing the server orders, so when it tries to match up the server id and name, it kicks you back out. I don't know if this would be the case, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to share my experience and solution.
