faction editing
the time has come for me to fix factions on my server, and i'm foreseeing a huge time sink.
basically, is there a tool, other than the PHP tool that i saw linked in the forums, that would help automate setting up factions. having 90% of the mobs run around indifferent isnt going to challenge my players much and i dont want to spend monthes doing it manually.
worse case, i'll craft something in java and release it for general consumption.
