Particle effects
Hey guys,
Suppose there should have Bard song particle effect for monk epic 1.0 in the old days at live server (correct me if im wrong), but now when i have my monk epic effect activated, there is no shining particle around my character. For the display setting, i have already turned on the particle effect for all and Player for everyone.
Anyone could help on this please?
