Default #npcstats upgrade

This is SO convenient! Thanks to bleh for being kind enough to provide this by request.

It's SO good it should be shared. Hopefully someone will check it in.

Ok, this is based on build 1030.

AFTER line 1628 of command.cpp add this line:

c->Message(0,"Spawn Group: %i",c->GetTarget()->CastToNPC()->GetSp2());

Then, when you do an #npcstats it will show what spawngroup the mob is in. Nice and clean. While I am aware that #showstats does this too... it's another command, and when trying to work on mobs in game, the less scroll the better. This addition makes it very easy to make PHs and see what spawngroup a mob is in. To me, this is a Godsend.

Here's a screenshot of what it looks like when compiled in.
