Activeperl error
i have done all the steps to the active perl i downloaded ActivePerl-5.8.7.813-MSWin32-x86-148120.msi . but when i run my ppm and input install DBI its says error 500 cannot to connect to ppm.activeperl.com:80
<bad protocol tcp> anyone know whats going on ??
