2 questions: about irc and hogiebane
the first question is how do i log into the irc chat program? i know that address but thats not the chat thing. next question is how come on hogiebane i am limited to only Normal abilities, not privelaged or anything so i really cant do anything on that server(i.e. change level/skill)?
