If your ports really are setup properly, and you can connect internally just fine on your LAN, then you must still have something that is blocking it. You can try running as a DMZ and make sure if it is your port settings or not (DMZ forwards all port ranges). You also might want to post your config file minus your password of course.
And, have you had anyone else try to see if they can connect to your server. If you put it up, you could always ask here to see if someone can logon and try it. If others can connect, then you know it is a problem on your remote Titanium install setup.
If I were you, I would definitely disable all firewalls and antivirus stuff. Not only will they block lots of stuff you probably need, but some are heavy resource hogs.
