Sorry. Wanted to get this somewhere before I forget, but PEQ's still down.
During the Plane of Justice trial, there are two versions of "a dark nemesis" that spawn. One was never tuned properly and only has 1100 hitpoints as a result.
The bugged one is NPC ID 201427 in the PEQ database. I haven't checked his other stats, but you can compare him to the other dark nemesis (NPC ID 20142
and see.
