It is a Hotmail issue, I have tried to contact, but nothing from them thus far. I had used Gmail as an alternative and the E-mail confirmation was instant

I have changed my E-mail back to hotmail within the userCP. Just need someone to reply here and private message me to see if it will go through the hotmail account.
