Flying NPC's
Is there a way to make NPC's fly. Like turning fly mode on for players.
I know there is an island in airplane zone (old posky) where drakes fly around in the sky and will move all over the axis. I can't figure out what makes that zone special though to allow that to happen.
Anyone have any ideas if this function is an option for NPC?
