Do you mean that you can't log in and see the server list, or that you can log in and see the server list but cannot connect to a particular server? Have you created Login Server accounts in your UserCP yet? Also, you might want to look through the FAQ in my sig for some possible suggestions.
If you are not able to post in the support sections of the forums, then that means you have not completed the registration process for your forums account, which also means you will be unable to create Login Server accounts in your UserCP. To complete your registration, you have to click the link in the email that the forums should have sent you when you registered for your forum account.
