while looking into my old EQTools folder, I found a NPC list from late1999/early 2000:

It shows a list of NPCs with HP and LVL range sorted by zone. Might be useful for all the classic/progression projects.
I found this file in Jan 2000 at hackersquest. I think, the data was collected by an early incarnation of showeq. At this time the server send clean HP data not just percentage. So the data seem to be fairly accurate.
