First off, welcome back Drawde! Long time no see! I, like you, got sucked into the NWN/Morrowind nightmare, still playing NWN, just waiting for some of the persistant worlds to mature before investing too much time in them (some neat LOTR P.W.s out there)
I dont believe there has been a patch recently. Still works for me since the last patch, so Im thinking something might have gotten goofy when you pulled your database in.
Some people reporting weird db errors have had luck dumping then resourcing the entire database.
Are you using minilogin?
