Every time I asked devs ot give us control over hp/mana formula I was told that its pointless cause Client calculates its own hp and mana, and server only doing its best to match it.
On other hand, some time ago (like last year) one of the older time devs - Alia Morisette I believe, who use to run one of the ultra custom servers few years back, have stated that there is a packet Op code which can sent from server to client to STOP client from calculating its own hps/mana etc.
But she never ended up sharing that info, nor anyone tried to find out how it actually works.
