With the VZTZ public release there is an issue with manastone or cannibalize spells not giving over a certain % of mana to the client.

I know someone found a fix for this on one of the forums I seen but I can't remember where. If anyone knows where in the code to fix this at please let me know.

Example most clients won't receive over 60% mana from using a mana conversion spell.
