It depends on what version of the database you are running and what version of the code.
E.g. If you downloaded the Rev1180a windows executables from the SVN, and got the latest PEQ DB from that SVN (the latest database was at Rev 1052 last time I checked), then you should source any .sql with a suffix between 1053 and 1180.
