0.3.6 zone files may not work properly with the 0.3.7 world.exe and/or 0.3.7 database and/or ini files.
Your best bet is to join the chat room, talk with an op and get the 0.3.7 problem resolved.
There may have been some problems none of us caught before release and debug logs will certinly help.
